Meet The Owner

LAVISHED BY NATURE - by Crystal Marie® was founded by Crystal Marie Stephens. Crystal, a Wife and Mother of three, found a need for natural alternatives to chemical-laden skincare products, when her 2 year old daughter was experiencing very dry skin in 2011. Upon research, she became very disheartened by the endless toxic ingredients found in a lot of the skincare and body products her family had been using all of their lives.

Being a fan of all things handmade, she turned to her kitchen cabinet and started formulating Body Butters. She became fascinated with learning about the healing and restorative powers of ingredients that are readily available in nature!

Her daughter’s skin improved from the handmade creams and she began using the body butter for everyone in her household. The body butters turned into gifts and the "hobby" starting growing. 

In 2017, Crystal's faith drove her to take her Hobby to a larger platform. With all of the courage she could muster up, she created Lavished By Nature, LLC.  Upon taking that leap of faith, she started to create a variety of soaps that cater to specific skin conditions (hyperpigmentation, acne, eczema, etc). Through this journey she has truly learned how to walk by faith and not by sight.

Every product label in imprinted with "Jeremiah 30:17". This was the verse that Crystal was led to, as the driving force for Lavished by Nature. The verse reads, "For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds". This is our ultimate goal and Crystal is still amazed by what can be accomplished when you live a purpose driven life, follow where God leads you and jump into uncharted waters, by faith! Although Crystal's main passion is to restore and lavish people's skin, she also desires to inspire other women to live by faith.

Crystal has a professional background in the Human Resources field, working as a Recruiter for many industries and in a Senior Management position. She loves art, crafts, cooking, gardening and pretty much everything you can do with your hands. She is an active Girl Scout Leader and is involved in her Church as the Assistant Clerk.
